Each consortium has its own steering committee, which consists of the university and associated industrial partners. Each steering committee assembles four times a year for reviewing research activities and making decisions. During the meetings, the university partners present their current research status to the industrial partners and further steps are discussed together.
Besides, the industrial partners decide on new seed- and boost-fund projects and make decisions on patents as well as on the admission of new research partners.
The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) is composed of the leaders of the three consortia and elected industrial partners. The SAB meets also four times a year and gives recommendations to the steering committees concerning research projects and acquisition of patents.
